Scott Barella is the Chief Technology Officer at PESA. Scott has a long history of audio and video distribution and has been on the cutting edge of AV over IP, helping develop the standards for more than 25 years.

Scott was the AIMS co-chair Pro A/V Group, past board member and deputy chair of Technical Work Group. He was also a voting participant 32NF60 Technical Work Group of the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE) and a former vice chair of Technical Work Group for the Alliance for IP Media Solutions. Scott has a B.A. degree from the University of Wyoming.
